Scope

This policy covers the public JouraBooks website and the beta signup form. If you are later invited into a product beta, additional product-specific terms or privacy disclosures may apply.

What we collect

When you sign up for the beta, we collect the information you submit in the form: your email address, your current accounting software selection, and your company size.

To operate the signup form and reduce abuse, we also process a daily hash of your IP address for rate limiting and store a user-agent string sent by your browser. We use a hidden honeypot field to help detect automated spam submissions.

Why we collect it

We use beta signup information to manage the waitlist, prioritize invitation waves, contact you about your invite, and improve launch planning for the product.

How we share it

We do not sell your signup information. New beta signups may trigger an internal notification to our team through a webhook provider so we can review and manage inbound interest.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for website traffic measurement. Cloudflare describes this product as cookie-free analytics.

Retention and deletion

We keep beta signup information until it is no longer needed for the beta program or related launch planning, or until you ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it for security, recordkeeping, or legal reasons.
